Nephaea App Privacy Policy

NEPHAEA INC. ("NEPHAEA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the NEPHAEA mobile application (the "App") handles information when you use it to discover, connect to, and control compatible NEPHAEA fragrance devices.

The App is distributed internationally, excluding Mainland China.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not require an account or login. We do not collect or transmit your:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Home address
• Account credentials
• Precise location
• Wi-Fi network name or password

The App does not connect to the Internet or transmit information to NEPHAEA servers or other cloud services.

We do not use advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics, or crash-reporting services in the App.

Bluetooth and Device Information

To provide its core functionality, the App requests Bluetooth access to discover, connect to, and control compatible NEPHAEA devices.

The App may read Bluetooth-related device information, such as a device name, identifier, UUID, serial number, or other device information broadcast by a compatible device. This information is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to NEPHAEA or any third party by the App.

Bluetooth access is used only for device discovery, connection, control, configuration, and related in-app functionality.

Local Storage

The App may store device settings, configurations, schedules, and other app-related information locally on your device. This information is not uploaded to the cloud and is not accessible to NEPHAEA.

You may remove locally stored information by removing the relevant device or settings within the App, where such controls are available. Uninstalling the App generally removes the App's locally stored data, subject to the behavior of the operating system and any device backups.

Permissions

The App may request Bluetooth permission from your operating system. You can manage this permission at any time through your device settings. If Bluetooth access is denied, some App functions may not be available.

The App does not require location permission to provide its Bluetooth device functionality.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, account authentication, payment, or crash-reporting services.

The App may rely on the operating system and standard platform frameworks to provide Bluetooth functionality. Those platform services are governed by the applicable privacy policies of Apple or the relevant platform provider.

Children's Privacy

The App is a general-purpose companion tool for compatible fragrance devices and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require an account and does not transmit personal information to our servers, it is designed to minimize the collection of information from all users.

Data Security

Because the App does not transmit App data to NEPHAEA servers, information handled by the App remains on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including its passcode, operating-system security, and backup settings.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.

Because NEPHAEA does not receive or maintain the information handled locally by the App, we generally cannot access, modify, or delete that local information on your behalf. You can manage it directly through the App, your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
