Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Shipping

All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: Free — 5–7 business days after processing. Express Shipping: $30 — 1–3 business days after processing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and begin from the ship date, not the order date. Nephaea is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or high shipping volume.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after processing, depending on location and customs clearance.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Nephaea has no control over customs processing times or fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering.
  • We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the first tracking scan to appear.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at care@nephaea.com.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Nephaea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at care@nephaea.com. We can only modify shipping details before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States via USPS. Express shipping is not available for these addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
  2. Wait 48 hours, as packages occasionally show as delivered before actual arrival.
  3. If still not received, contact us at care@nephaea.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@nephaea.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at care@nephaea.com. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled — please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.
