Warranty Policy

Every Nephaea LED Light Therapy Mask is covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, so you can use it with confidence.

What's covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including:

  • LED failure or significant dimming
  • Controller malfunction
  • Battery or power-delivery defects
  • Faulty wiring or connectors

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, drops, or liquid damage
  • Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or use outside the instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Skincare & personal-care products

Our serums, gels, and moisturizers are consumable cosmetic and personal-care products and are not covered by the device warranty. They are backed instead by our 60-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.

How to make a claim

Email care@nephaea.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or short video if possible. We'll review your claim and, if approved, repair or replace the affected unit. The warranty period runs for 3 years from your original date of purchase.

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
